Welcome to Man Up Mate.

PLEASE ADHERE TO SOME BASIC CLAN RULES AND ALWAYS BE RESPECTFUL.
SWEARING AND VULGARITY IS FROWNED UPON.

Donate during your first 24 hours when you join i.e. your first day or you will be kicked out. We encourage players to donate. They normally the first to get promoted. We also ONLY PROMOTE TO ELDER BASED ON YOUR WAR ATTACKS. SO BE ACTIVE IN WARS

DO NOT LEAVE until the season ends or u will be BANNED from joining the clan in the future. DON’T LEAVE DURING WAR. We hate hoppers. WAR HOPPERS WHO JOIN WILL BE KICKED IMMEDIATELY NO QUESTIONS.

NO SPAM KICKING - Means don't kick who just joined, don't kick who didn't request, don't kick who didn't fill ur request

Always maintain 44+ members, don't kick below that count

IF WE SEE that you kicked a member who just joined you get BAN FOR LIFE. No questions will be asked, No warnings

Inside wars ONLY DONATE WHATS REQUESTED. Outside wars i.e. you are not in the war then you get anything. You can donate all types of troop even giants and balloons. But, NO GOBLIN, NO WALL BREAKER

Don't change any clan settings like description/flags/trophies

Accept other elder and co-leaders  friend requests, you can remove them from friends list after you leave the clan at the end of season

Don't get into fight with co leaders or elders and don't send spam mails. We don’t tolerate drama

You can Recruit someone who meets the clan requirements by obeying these rules. Don't automatically promote sub accounts and friends

All clan members must get maximum points in clan games. Players who consistently get low points just to benefit from the rewards will be demoted or kicked. 

We all try attacking early in wars when co leaders are online to donate. We attack early and we attack both times. DON’T WAIT TO ATTACK AND DON’T EVER ATTACK FOR LOOT. Always check your targets with a co leader. REMEMBER 3 STARS WIN WAR. ALWAYS CLEANUP LOWER BASES.

Standard rules apply like be active, donate ESPECIALLY TO WAR PLAYERS. WAR REQUEST MUST STATE THAT THE TROOPS ARE ‘FOR WAR’ AND SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE YOUR TYPE OF SPELL.

CLAN INFORMATION

Who we are:

ManUpMate is a TH8 war clan. That is our primary focus - getting better and working together to win wars. We welcome new people. We are serious about 3 things: family, fun and war. We are generous. We like to share ideas and learn from each other. 

Who we are not:

We are not a trophy pushing clan but we are a social clan. If your focus isn't war, then you should probably find a different clan. We are not baby sitters; if you can't behave appropriately, you won't be allowed to stay. No swearing or foul language please.

What you can expect from ManUpMate:

1. Lots of donations
   - During war, you should get exactly what you ask for, and feel free to ask for max troops.
   - For casual raiding, farming, and other attacks outside of war, don't expect donations of witches and lava hounds. Be content with the things people are training and have available. Usually this is barbs/archers, but often wiz, maybe giants, hogs, etc. 
2. Lots of advice
   - When people comment on your raids, your troops, your base, etc. they aren't criticizing you, just trying to help you get better. Please take it as such and learn from it. If theiradvice is bad. Just ignore it. 
3. Lots of good conversation
   -Whether it is MAD COW's bizarre use of emoji or lolo or Jo texting, we like to talk. Join in and make friends
4. Occasional stupidity
   -If one of the clan or co-leaders does something stupid, just blow it off or ask why. Leave the drama at home. 
5. Promotions when you have earned them
   -To get elder, you must show that you can participate in a war with two good attacks, following directions, attacking at the appropriate time, and an appropriate enemy base.
   -Co-leader comes with ongoing participation, contribution, and demonstrating your dedication to the clan
   -Don't beg for promotions. That is a good way to get kicked. If you feel you have earned a promotion, ask one of the co-leaders once, and be patient while they discuss it. 
6. Demotions when you have earned them.
   -If you don't use both attacks during your timeslot, or if you are being a jerk. 

What ManUpMate expects from you

1. A desire to get better at warring in CoC.
   -This is why the clan exists. If you don't want to get better at war, go elsehwere
2. Willingness to do your homework
   -At a minimum, you should subscribe to the OneHive Raids channel on youtube and study the attacks and base design vids. This is considered basic training. A complete list of "required viewing" will soon appear in the sidebar. of this blog.
3. A war focus
   -This means that when you are upgrading and researching, your first question should be: "Will this make me an asset for my clan in wars?"
   -When you are new to TH8, TH9, or TH10, upgrade the troops and buildings that help in war, not just the ones that help you farm loot. 
4. Participation in wars
   -This means that you need to participate in wars. It is fine to opt out when you are on vacation, upgrading your spell factory, etc. It is not fine to hang out for multiple wars just farming or trophy pushing. New players will be asked to engage in a war in their first several days in the clan to demonstrate their abilities. 
5. Maturity.
   -We really don't care how old you are as long as you act mature. No drama, no tantrums. 
6. Respect for your clan mates.
   -Don't insult people, don't swear excessively (we do have kids in the clan), don't be a jerk.
7. Generosity
   -We don't have a donation ratio, and we know that lower level members may not have as good troops to donate. No worries. Just contribute what you can, when you can. If the co's feel you are freeloading, you may be talked to.
   -In wars, clanmates who can donate max level troops to war bases are expected to do so. It helps us all win wars, and that is what we are about.
